Will there be a Sukkah available this Sukkos?
Yes! Chabad of Kent Island will have a Sukkah available for visitors during Chol Hamoed Sukkos 5787.

Will there be Minyanim during Chol Hamoed Sukkos?
We are hopeful!
We have a Minyan WhatsApp group, and whenever we have 10 confirmed, we have a Minyan. We are hopeful that we will be able to have Minyanim on Chol Hamoed.

Is kosher food available on Kent Island?
Kosher availability is limited, so we strongly recommend bringing the kosher food you’ll need.
Local supermarkets carry many standard kosher products. For a larger selection, we recommend shopping before heading out.
There is currently no dedicated kosher restaurant on Kent Island.
Can we stay on Kent Island for Shabbos?
There are currently no hotels within walking distance of Chabad, and Airbnb options within walking distance are very limited.
We’ll be happy to help with whatever information we can before you book.
Is there a Mikvah?
There is currently no Mikvah on Kent Island. Nearest option are at Chabad of Howard County (50 minute drive) or Chabad in Ocean City (2 hour drive). If you'd like to donate towards a Mikvah fund for Kent Island's Jewish residents and visitors, please reach out!
What is there to do?
Popular attractions include Terrapin Nature Park, Cross Island Trail, Matapeake Beach, Kent Narrows, Queenstown Premium Outlets, boating, kayaking and fishing.
Historic Annapolis is also just across the Bay Bridge.
